Interior epoxy paint
Epoxy paint is a type of coating that is applied to the inside
of pipes to protect them from corrosion and other damage. It is
a trenchless repair method, meaning that it does not require any
digging or excavation.
Epoxy pipe paint is typically made from two components: a resin
and a hardener. The resin is a thick liquid that forms a tough,
durable coating when it is mixed with the hardener. The hardener
causes the resin to cure, or harden, over time. Once the epoxy
paint has cured completely, it forms a seamless, protective
coating on the inside of the pipe
To apply epoxy paint, we first remove any dirt, debris, or rust
from the pipe. Then, the epoxy paint is applied to the inside of
the pipe using a brush, roller, or sprayer. The paint is
typically applied in multiple coats, and each coat is allowed to
cure completely before the next coat is applied.
American Master Pipe uses interior epoxy paint to repair a
variety of types of pipes, including sewer pipes, water pipes,
and drainage pipes. It is also used to protect new pipes from
damage.
